SmartBase IoT Platform V1.5.0 Released
ImagineLink has released version V1.5.0 of the SmartBase IoT Platform. This release primarily adds two major modules: device simulator management and device simulation debugging, providing support for pre-integration testing before device onboarding.
For device simulator management, the platform supports creating and maintaining direct device and gateway device simulators, with configurable runtime duration — after which the simulator automatically shuts down. Users can manually start or stop simulators, with support for running multiple different device simulator instances simultaneously (one simulator instance limit per device). On system restart, the platform automatically checks and restores running simulator instances.
For device simulation debugging, the platform supports simulating MQTT topic communication with the ability to subscribe to all device topics. Upstream message debugging is supported for device Thing Model property reporting, event reporting, and service invocation responses, along with downstream message debugging for property setting, property retrieval, and service invocation. Gateway device and sub-device switching debugging is also supported, with sub-device topic message passthrough functionality. The platform also supports OTA upgrade simulation and device topic message logging with both real-time and historical query capabilities across different time ranges.
V1.5.0 further enhances the platform's device debugging capabilities, lowering the barrier to device integration and improving development efficiency.
