Comes with a pre-installed meeting management client featuring meeting booking, schedule sync, status display, and face check-in – integrates with Microsoft Office 365, Google Calendar, DingTalk, WeCom, and Feishu for real-time meeting status sync, ready to use out of the box. Ideal for corporate meeting rooms and co-working spaces.

Integrates with mainstream calendar systems including Microsoft Office 365, Google Calendar, DingTalk, WeCom, and Feishu – syncing meeting status in real time. Bookings, changes, or cancellations are automatically synced to the meeting room sign;

Face Recognition & IoT-Enabled Control
Powered by the IoT Core Platform, the meeting room sign supports face recognition for door access and check-in. Upon successful recognition, the door lock disengages automatically and attendance is reported in real time. Integrates with access control, lighting, and AC – "arrive, open, ready."
